Andy came today to clean our livingroom carpet, he arrived 15mins early, very friendly, professional, gives great detailed advice, the carpets have never been cleaned and with 4 children 2 dogs and a cat, it was bad. the carpet came up brand new, will be definitely using him again

I can’t recommend A&C Diamond Cleaning highly enough. Andy arrived and went through his checks on my lounge carpet, and winged back armchair before he started. He adapted his cleaning solution for my 80/20 wool carpet and showed us all the solutions (specifically for treating wool) as he used them. Having dogs himself he knows how important it is for pet owners to have animal friendly products that still give an amazing clean. Carpet looks like new, was able to get a stubborn stain from the armchair and the house smells lovely. So pleased have booked in for my stairs, landing and an oven clean. Thanks Andy for a totally professional service.

Absolutely over the moon with the outcome of my rug. It was extremely neglected before hand with a toddler dropping god knows what over it and a long haired dog.
I have tried previously with a vax carpet cleaner and it barely touched it and made all the colours in the rug very dull. I was going to tip the rug and buy a brand new one as I thought it was done for! After A&C’s first pass over the rug you could instantly see the difference! I’m extremely happy with the outcome
